Penang’s largest pickleball facility has been established at the constituency of Sungai Pinang in George Town, featuring 12 well-designed courts and two international standard courts.

This newly launched G.O.A.T Pickleball facility serves as a hub for learning, training, and community building, attracting players from various states.

Officiating the biggest pickleball facility in the state, Sungai Pinang assemblyman Lim Siew Khim praised the initiative, highlighting its significance for the community.

“I firmly believe that sports play a crucial role in fostering community engagement, social inclusion, and overall well-being.

“Sports should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background, gender, or age.

“Pickleball is a perfect example of an inclusive sport, bringing people together through teamwork, friendly competition, and shared experiences.

In conjunction with the launch, Lim also officiated the G.O.A.T Pickleball Tournament 2025, which featured a prize pool of RM50,000 and drew over 350 players from across the country.
