“I continued to accompany my mother on visits to provide confinement care even after I started working.

“I was drawn to how she nurtured and supported new mothers during such a delicate time. At the same time, I am also fond of babies.

“After my mother passed away, I knew I wanted to step into this field. So,after sometime I pursued a course related to confinement care and earned my certification in the postpartum care,” she said.

Meera, the owner of Meera Mobile Massage and Indian Confinement Care, said she offers a variety of postpartum care services, including hot stone massages, body scrubs, saunas, and herbal baths.
