FOR its 12th consecutive year, V-Malaysia, a flagship event of QNET, once again captivated an audience of over 6,000 attendees hailing from more than 50 countries.
This five-day extravaganza unfolded in the vibrant setting of Penang, reinforcing its status as a global gathering of unparalleled significance.
Penang Tourism and Creative Economy Committee chairman Wong Hon Wai said the event had been praised for boosting international tourism and the local economy.
“This year’s V Convention (V-Con), themed ‘Unstoppable’, presents a mega showcase of QNET’s extensive product range from home care appliances to nutritional supplements, wellness devices, skin care products and more.
“QNET has also committed itself to planting over 4,000 trees in Malaysia as part of its Green Legacy reforestation programme,” he said in his speech during the opening of V-Con at Setia SPICE Arena on May 12.
Wong also warmly invited delegates, encouraging them to explore the charming streets of historic George Town and indulge in the culinary delights that Penang is renowned for.
Present at the grand opening were QI Group executive chairman Datuk Seri Vijay Eswaran and Quest International University chancellor Tun Arifin Zakaria.
