Charity homes benefit from IT, mobile fair

THE five-day Kompleks Bukit Jambul IT & Mobile Fair held from May 4 to May 8 saw a huge crowd at the event from 11am to 9.30pm.
The fair was jointly organised by Telecommunication Business Association Kompleks Bukit Jambul (PPTKBJ) and Kompleks Bukit Jambul.
Some 35 exhibitors featured a comprehensive line-up of the latest and hottest consumer gadgets ranging from the coolest new multimedia
phone, ultra mobile PCs, digital imaging, wireless technology, software and a plethora of accessories from major manufacturers.
Pengkalan Kota assemblymember Lau Keng Ee officiated the fair on May 5 at 4.30pm.
Also present was Honstern Lim, chairman of Kompleks Bukit Jambul Association of Telecommunications Operators also the president of Bukit
Timah Plaza (Singapore) Association of Telecommunications Operators.
He said the simultaneous opening ceremony of the Kompleks Bukit Jambul IT and Mobile Fair 2016 and the celebration at the Bukit Timah
Plaza Association marks a great milestone in the association’s history.
At the function held at the complex’s Summer Wing Concourse ground floor, the organisers donated RM500 each to three charity homes –
