THE Malaysian Secondary and Primary Property Exhibition (Maspex) Penang returns for the eighth consecutive year.
The four-day exhibition is currently ongoing until Dec 10 at the lower ground of Queensbay Mall in Bayan Lepas, from 10.30am to 10.30pm.
It is organised by the Malaysian Institute Of Estate Agents (MIEA) Penang branch.
MIEA Penang branch chairman Long Soo Keat said the exhibition signifies a comprehensive exploration of real estate offerings.
“It underscores the seamless integration of both sub-sale (secondary) and new (primary) properties, providing a nuanced perspective for attendees.
“The exhibition also features about 24 booths with each exhibitor offering various type of properties in Penang.
“Among the exhibitors that participated in the exhibition are Penang Housing Board (LPNPP), DH Land, Ferringhi Hills, EUM Properties, Leon Real Estate, Ideal Property Group and many others.
“Therefore, this event will give potential buyers the opportunity to look for their dream homes under one roof.
“On behalf of MIEA, I wish all exhibitors a prosperous four-day event with outstanding sales,” he said in his speech during the launching ceremony at Queensbay Mall today.
The Maspex Penang exhibition was officiated by the Penang Housing and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Seri Sundarajoo Somu.
Sundarajoo commended the MIEA Penang branch for organising the exhibition and hoped it will be a huge success.
Also present during the launching ceremony were Maspex Penang organising chairperson Jeffrey Yeoh and MIEA national vice-president Selvam Durasamy.
