Deal inked to benefit residents and road users

ASPEN Group has acquired a 29.05-acre land in Air Itam for a residential project that includes communal facilities, service apartments, retail shoplots and a clubhouse.

 

The Group which acquired the land from Geo Valley Sdn Bhd, will also be responsible for completing part of the Jalan Bukit Kukus paired-road project.

 

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said he was confident that Aspen Group would deliver a good job.

 

“The paired-road project will greatly benefit residents living in the area especially during peak hours.

 

“I am sure the Group will be able to deliver its work on schedule,” Chow said during the Aspen Group Hari Raya Open House and the signing ceremony between Aspen Group and Geo Valley Sdn Bhd, held at Aspen Vision City Sales Gallery in Batu Kawan today.

Chow commended the Group for constantly setting new benchmark to achieve greater heights on project development.

 

He also said that festive open houses have always been a great platform for networking.

 

Also present were Aspen Group president and chief executive officer Datuk M. Murly and Geo Valley Sdn Bhd executive director Datuk Seri Ooi Boon Seng.

 

Joining them was Aspen Group executive deputy chairman Datuk Seri Nazir Ariff.
