IF Penang is to continue to grow its economy, an efficient transport master plan is crucial.
Hoping to understand more about the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP), the representatives from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) paid a courtesy call on Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow at his office in Komtar today.
Mavcom executive chairman Dr Nungsari Ahmad Radhi said it was important to integrate the Penang International Airport (PIA) and the PTMP.
Also present was Mavcom chief operating officer Azmir Zain.
They discussed the PIA proposed expansion plan and the long-term plan for the airport.
