MEAN Machines 2015 was back in Penang for its ninth edition from Oct 31 till Nov 1.
This is the largest and definitely the longest running event of its kind in Malaysia.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng was invited to launch this year’s Mean Machines on Oct 31 in Auto-City, Juru.
“I am told that the event this year will showcase more than 300 creatively customised cars, supercars and superbikes from all over Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. We are happy that Penang is the host to this event.” Lim said in his speech.
Lim added that this event also aimed at building a platform for industry players from all over the region to brand themselves to the die-hard car enthusiast.
Other guests present at the opening ceremony were chief executive officer of M2 Events Sdn Bhd, Andrew Chan and managing director of Auto City Sdn Bhd, Gary Teoh Kiang Hong.
There were also stunt bike demonstrations by professionals, fashion shows, and car wash during the two-day event.d.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0].appendChild(s);
