PAKATAN Harapan is appealing to the people to adopt a new 3Rs this 15th General Election (GE15) – Recover, Redeem, and Reclaim.
Penang Pakatan Harapan chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the people must deliberate and decide the future of Malaysia.
“Malaysia has to recover (from the injuries) caused by Barisan Nasional.
“We (Malaysians) need to reclaim our roles and help the country. Chart a brighter future for Malaysia and say no to a kleptocratic government.
“Let us redeem our dignity and not let our country join the ranks of failed countries,” he told a media conference at the Batu Kawan parliamentary Pakatan Harapan operation centre in Chai Leng Park, Perai, today.
Chow urged eligible youths to play their roles and vote this Nov 19.
“We are engaging the youths on social media and through outreach programmes,” he said.
Speaking about job opportunities and talents, Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said Penang is a state that is full of job opportunities.
“There are many opportunities for the young generation. We have job opportunities, but it is difficult to get the right talent.
“We face a different set of challenges, in contrast to many other states. We do not lack job opportunities,” Chow, who is contesting the Batu Kawan parliamentary seat, said.
The Batu Kawan parliamentary constituency consists of Perai, Bukit Tambun and Bukit Tengah state constituencies.
Also present at the media conference were Deputy Chief Minister II Prof Dr P. Ramasamy, who is also the Perai assemblyman, Bukit Tambun assemblyman Goh Choon Aik, Bukit Tengah assemblyman Gooi Hsiao-Leung and Batu Kawan Pakatan Harapan campaign director David Marshel.
