MORE ceramah and political programmes have been lined up as Penang Pakatan Harapan gears up for the electoral showdown.

According to state PH chairman Chow, who is also the caretaker Penang Chief Minister, Penang PH and its state counterpart Barisan Nasional (BN) will organise more ceramah and political programmes in various constituencies on the island and mainland.

“Some of the candidates also have invited me to attend their ceramah programmes at their constituency they are contesting.

“I have also more political programmes coming up, including ceramah, walkabouts and others.

“At the same time, I also would like to urge veteran leaders in PH and BN to help the first-time candidates who may lack experience and guidance.

“The party grassroots, especially from DAP, should also come forward and support these candidates in their campaigns to win big in the state election,” Chow told reporters when asked about lack of political programmes organised by PH and BN coalitions during the election campaign so far.

Earlier, Chow was at the Citadines Connect Georgetown Hotel to witness the MoU signing ceremony between Trip.com Group and Penang Global Tourism (PGT) today.
