LOCALS and tourists in Penang can now skip the hassle of endless scrolling to find places of interest or famous food spots nearby. Instead, they can use the Foodie Guide on the MinitAgo App to explore Penang’s culinary delights and attractions effortlessly.

MinitAgo is an innovative app that maps ongoing happenings in real time, making it useful and accessible worldwide.

Penang Tourism and Creative Economy Committee chairman Wong Hon Wai praised the collaboration between MinitAgo and Good Foodie Media.

“The digital era is evolving, especially with efforts to connect local businesses. I believe this food guide will help locals and travellers explore more local cuisine.

Wong stressed the state’s active promotion of digitalisation efforts.

“Smartphones are frequently used, especially when on the move. I conduct my daily work on my device anytime, anywhere.

“The younger generation should master technology to explore more opportunities,” he added.

MinitAgo founder Liou Hung Woei said the Foodie Guide was an excellent platform for tourists to find attractions and food.

“We often search for places of interest and food havens before exploring a place. I believe this Foodie Guide will provide the necessary assistance to users,” he said.
