The Kumarathevan siblings – Judith Kavithra (24), Kenrick Jabez (23), Joash Kumararaj (17), and Joanna Kristhina (11) are all excited to embrace the New Year by honing their skills and broadening their knowledge.
Judith Kavithra, a software engineer, aspires to acquire new skills that will help her thrive in a technology-driven world.
Kenrick Jabez, a musician and teacher, said he wants to explore the world of music, experiment with more instruments and tunes, and stay abreast of advancements in music technology.
Joash, who is also a musician, plans to learn new skills, explore more hobbies, and most importantly, focus on his spiritual growth and draw closer to God.
Joanna, the youngest sibling, has set her sights on enhancing her sketching skills. She shared that sketching brings her a sense of calm and meaning. Her wish is to become an amazing sketch artist and bring happiness to others through art.
Media practitioner Siti Aminah Mohd. Yusof plans to be more active next year and avoid wasting time and money on things like online shopping.
She also hopes to better manage her time, make the most of each day, and become more grateful while appreciating the people around her.
Ismalisa Ishak, the coordinator of Yayasan Amal TYT Pulau Pinang, is committed to ensuring the success of the foundation’s initiatives.
She emphasised that the foundation is deeply involved in helping those in need.
Ismalisa said that it requires persistent hard work, effort, and creativity to effectively carry out the foundation’s mission and contribute to the well-being of the community.
