THE Penang Legislative Assembly will likely be dissolved during the last 10 days of this month, Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow told reporters today.
Chow said no date has been decided at the moment.
“We will honour our promise made to the people that the Penang Legislative Assembly will be dissolved by the end of June. So it will happen unless a decision is made by the Pakatan Harapan presidential council,” Chow said.
He added that he hoped to announce the matter soon after the last state executive council meeting.
