Penang Shine Like Stars Association chairman Kathrine Koo expressed her deep appreciation for the continued support received from government agencies, corporate sponsors, educational institutions, and members of the public.

“Our mission is to empower abilities and inspire futures. This campaign serves as a platform to celebrate neurodiversity, raise awareness, and promote meaningful integration between individuals with autism and the wider community.

“We hope this event will encourage the public to extend their support in building a more compassionate and inclusive society,” she told a press conference in Komtar today.

Deputy Chief Minister II Jagdeep Singh Deo, who was also present, commended the association for its dedication and announced a state allocation of RM28,880 in support of the programme.

“The state government remains fully committed to supporting inclusive programmes such as this.

“We also urge members of the public and well-wishers to contribute financially and help amplify the campaign’s impact,” Jagdeep said.
