SARAWAK-born investigative journalist and Sarawak Report founder Clare Rewcastle Brown paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow today at his office.
‘Sarawak Report’ an online investigative website which speaks about the alleged corrupt practices involving some of the most powerful leaders in Malaysia has now published a book – ‘The Sarawak Report’.
Answering a question on the expectations of Penangites in the recent general election, the Chief Minister stated that the people were more interested in the election at the federal level.
The renowned journalist presented a copy of her book to Chow during her visit.
Clare, who is also the sister-in-law of former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, will be at the Penang Institute tonight to share some of her insight concerning her investigative work and sign copies of her newly published book.
