“My goal is to draw in a larger number of visitors from all over the world to Penang. They will be enthralled by Penang’s natural beauty, delicious food, and rich cultural legacy as soon as they arrive, sowing the seeds for their subsequent return trips.
“These tourists from all over the world may act as ambassadors for Penang, promoting the island’s appeal through goodwill and word-of-mouth recommendations. This would enhance Penang’s international standing and encourage more foreign travellers to make Penang their destination,” Wong said during a press conference at Komtar today.
