The first Chingay procession in Penang took place about 100 years ago and it is a part and parcel of Penang’s heritage.
The procession started from 8pm at Gudwara Road and ended at Esplanade where the teams presented their final performances.
Towards the end of the performances, there was a special surprise for Law as it was his …birthday on that day.
