THOUSANDS of people from all walks of life spent their Sunday morning participating in the ‘I Love Malaysia Walk!’ on Beach Street.

The 5km walk took the participants through the heritage enclave, where they were captivated by the town’s rich art and heritage.

Many people took the opportunity to enjoy the fun walk with their friends and families. The event was held to celebrate the 61st anniversary of Malaysia Day since the formation of the country.

With fewer vehicles along the street, some participants seized the chance to snap photos of the picturesque city.
