Token of appreciation for Penang media personnel

AS the year is drawing to a close, the sacrifices of media personnel in Penang have always been appreciated by the state government.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow donated boxes of cakes to several media outlets today to thank them for their hard work and perseverance in these challenging times.

He was represented by State Communications Division director and Chief Minister’s press secretary Yap Lee Ying, who led a team from the Chief Minister’s Office, to distribute the gifts.

The sweltering weather did not ruffle them as Yap and her team set off with plenty of zest and smiles.
