PENANG remains steadfast in its commitment to sustainable growth while safeguarding its natural environment, according to state Local Government, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jason H’ng Mooi Lye.
During the exclusive unveiling of the Vivo Executive Apartment, a new residential project by Aspen Vision City Sdn Bhd in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan today, H’ng highlighted the state’s dedication to eco-friendly urban development.
He emphasised that Penang’s eco-city guidelines are designed to incorporate environmental considerations into all urban projects.

The event today was graced by several distinguished guests, including Penang Housing and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Seri Sundarajoo Somu, Bukit Tambun assemblyman Goh Choon Aik, Chief Minister senior confidential secretary Mohd Balkish Othman, Aspen co-founder and chief executive officer Datuk M. Murly and Aspen co-founder and executive deputy chairman Datuk Seri Nazir Ariff.

“This project is expected to receive its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in December this year,” Nazir announced.
